Escrita por Bono Vox, The Edge, Larry Mullen Jr. e Adam Clayton, foi gravada entre setembro e outubro de 1982 e lançada em 28 de fevereiro de 1983, no disco War, o terceiro da banda. Saiu também compacto, com Endless deep como Lado B. Foi produzida por Steve Lillywhite. A bassline de Adam Clayton foi muito boa e é tocada desde o início da canção. É uma das 40 canções escolhidas por The Edge pra ser regravada em 2023 pro disco Songs of Surrender. Chegou ao número 18 no Reino Unido. Número 2 na Irlanda. Número 16 na Nova Zelandia. E número 53 na Austrália.
