1548 – Neil Young – Tonight's the night (1975)

Escrita por Neil Young, foi gravada em 26 de agosto de 1973 no Studio Instrument Rentals, em Hollywood, California e lançada em 20 de junho de 1975 no disco Tonight's the night. Foi inspirada na morte de um roadie de Neil chamado Bruce Berry, por overdose de cocaína. Neil Young conta que Bruce era um trabalhador, carregava a van dele, mas que seu vício foi maior do que sua paixão por viver. Na madrugada, ele tocava a guitara de Neil, com uma voz tremula, que Neil dizia ser verdadeira. Neil disse que a escreveu apenas na cabeça, sem guitarra. Ralph Molina tocou bateria e Billy Talbot tocou baixo. Nils Lofgren tocou guitarra e Ben Keith tocou piano. A revista Rolling Stone disse que Tonight's the night era a quinta melhor música da carreira de Neil Young.
