A produção ficou por conta de Gordon Lightfoot. “Biscuit City” é uma canção leve e escapista. Gordon Lightfoot canta sobre o desejo de fugir para um paraíso simples chamado Biscuit City, um lugar imaginário com água esmeralda, areia branca como a neve, garotas de biquíni e seu banjo tocando. Ele diz que não precisa de férias caras em lugares distantes — basta esse refúgio tranquilo para recarregar as energias. Musicalmente, a faixa tem um arranjo folk leve, com violão, banjo e a voz inconfundível de Lightfoot.
