Escrita por Bob Dylan, foi gravada em novembro de 1973 e lançada no disco Planet Waves em 17 de janeiro de 1974. Ela já havia sido feita em junho, junto com Forever Young e Nobody 'cept you. Inclusive já havia sido feita uma demo por meados de 1973. Mais uma elegante composição de Bob. Porém uma rara canção onde não há ironia com relação à amada.
