Foi o vigésimo e último número 1 dos Beatles nos Estados Unidos.

A gravação do dia 1 de abril foi adicionada arranjos de cordas por Phil Spector. Isso irritou Paul profundamente e foi um dos 6 motivos que ele alegou na Suprema Corte por estar deixando os Beatles.
