Escrita por Neil Young, foi gravada em 15 de setembro de 1977, em Fort Lauderdale, Florida, no Triiad Recording Studios e lançada em 29 de outubro de 1980, no disco Hawks and Doves, o décimo primeiro de Neil. Neil Young tocou violões de 12 e de 6 cordas, cantou e tocou vibes. Foi inspirada no personagem do ator Dean Stockwell. Tem efeitos que faz parecer que Neil está cantando embaixo d'água.
