Escrita por Philip Oakey e Jo Callis, foi gravada no Genetic Studios, em Reading, Inglaterra entre março e setembro de 1981 e lançada em 2 de outubro de 1981 no compacto que tinha Non-stop como Lado B. Sairia também no disco Dare, o terceiro disco da banda The Human League. Foi produzida por Martin Rushent. Chegou ao número 6 no Reino Unido, número 8 na Irlanda, número 12 na Bélgica, número 20 na Holanda e número 43 na Nova Zelandia. Tem vocal principal de Oakey e mulheres no backing vocal, Susanne Sulley e Joanne Catherall. Jo Callis tocou sintetizadores análogos e Phillip Adiand Wright e Ian Burden tocaram drum machines.
