Chegou ao número 1 dos charts Billboard Hot100 e Billboard R&B e chegou ao número 7 no Reino Unido. Chegou ao número 3 na Nova Zelandia e Canadá, número 4 na Austrália, número 11 na Irlanda, número 27 na Finlandia e número 58 na Alemanha Ocidental. Michael Jackson cantou e fez backing vocals.
