Escrita por Stephen Stills, Rick Curtis e Michael Curtis, foi gravada em
1981 e lançada em 21 de junho de 1982 no disco Daylight again, o quarto de
Crosby, Stills and Nash. Na verdade o terceiro como trio, o outro foi com Neil
Young formando um quarteto. Saiu também em compacto, com Into the darkness como
Lado B, em Setembro de 1982. Foi produzida por David Crosby, Stephen Stills e
Graham Nash. O tema central é o poder de cura de navegar. Foi um hit pro grupo
e recebeu muitas horas de Airplay nas rádios de rock desde então. Stills é quem
canta a maior parte, com Nash se juntando na segunda parte. Chegou o número 18
no Billboard Hot100. Foi o último hit deles no top 40 desse chart. A música já existia, feita pelos
irmãos Curtis, mas Stills não gostou da letra e mudou a letra e o refrão. E passou
a ser sobre como ele se curou de um divórcio saindo pra velejar e deixando o
universi curar suas féridas. Fala de constelações de empresas, conhecidas como
Cruzeiro do Sul. A letra cita algumas localizações que podem ser encontradas
nesse caminho, saindo do sul da California até o Pacífico Sul, perseguindo o
caminho do leite de côco. Southerm Islands, na Polinésia. Papeete, no Tahiti,
Marquesas, na Polinésia francesa e Avalon, na ilha de Santa Catalina, logo que
se sai da costa da California. Stephen Stills cantou e tocou guitarra. Graham
Nash cantou. Timothy B. Schmit cantou. Michael Stergis tocou guitarra. Mike
Finnigan tocou teclado e fez backing vocals. Richard T. Bear tocou teclado. George Perry tocou baixo. Joe Vitale
tocou bateria. Joe Lala tocou percussão.
