Escrita por Stephen Stills, Rick Curtis e Michael Curtis, foi gravada em 1981 e lançada em 21 de junho de 1982 no disco Daylight again, o quarto de Crosby, Stills and Nash. Na verdade o terceiro como trio, o outro foi com Neil Young formando um quarteto. Saiu também em compacto, com Into the darkness como Lado B, em Setembro de 1982. Foi produzida por David Crosby, Stephen Stills e Graham Nash. O tema central é o poder de cura de navegar. Foi um hit pro grupo e recebeu muitas horas de Airplay nas rádios de rock desde então.
