Escrita por Don Gibson, foi lançada por ele ainda em dezembro de 1957. A nossa versão no entanto é a de Neil Young, lançada em 19 de novembro de 1970 no disco After the Goldrush.

Foi também regravada por Johnny Cash, Connie Francis, Ray Charles, Larry Finnegan, Bing Crosby, Nancy Sinatra e Sammy Davis Jr., entre outros artistas.
