Escrita por George Harrison, foi gravada entre abril e outubro de 1978 e lançada em 20 de fevereiro de 1979, no disco George Harrison, o oitavo disco dele. Foi produzida por George Harrison e Russ Titelman. Foi escrita durante umas férias na Ilha Maui, no Hawaii, em fevereiro de 1978. Sua inspiração foi a lua que saiu, no mesmo momento em que o sol estava se pondo. A mulher de george estava grávida e eles tinham ido comemorar. A data que George colocou no papel que escreveu a letra foi 25 defevereiro de 1978, o dia que ele completava 35 anos de idade. George Harrison cantou, tocou violão, slide guitar, cítara e fez backing vocals. Neil Larsen tocou piano elétrico. Steve Winwood tocou harmonium e fez backing vocals. Willie Weeks tocou baixo. Andy newmark tocou bateria. Ray Cooper tocou percussão.
