O tema é a solidão e as possibilidades de se encontrar amor. É como se um ouvinte estivesse dirigindo sozinho e escutando uma estação de rádio. Mick Jagger cantou, tocou piano e fez backing vocals. Keith Richards tocou guitarra, violão, piano e fez backing vocals. Ronnie Wood tocou pedal steel guitar e fez backing vocals. Bill Wyman tocou baixo e Charlie Watts tocou bateria.
