Sairia em compacto no Japão em 21 de maio de 1978 com Moving out (Anthony's song) como Lado B. Foi produzida por Phil Ramone. Chegou ao número 2 no Japão, vendendo quase 500 mil cópias. Chegou ao número 8 na Nova Zelandia e número 59 na França e Austrália. É a homenagem de Billy Joel ao arquetipo A sombra, de Carl Jung.
