Foi produzida por Craig Leon e T. Erderlyi. A interceção das ruas 53^rd e 3^rd em Midtown, Manhatthan, NYC é um local conhecido pela prostituição masculina. Foi regravada pelo Metallica, entre outros artistas. Fala sobre prostituição masculina. Quando o prostituto pega um cliente, ele o mata pra provar que não é homossexual. Joey Ramone cantou, Johnny Ramone tocou guitarra, Dee Dee Ramone tocou baixo, fez backing vocals e dividiu os vocais principais. Tommy Ramone tocou bateia, fez backing vocals e bateu palmas. Craig Leon tocou guitarra e fez backing ocals. Mickey Leigh fez backing vocals e bateu palmas. Rob Freeman fez backing vocals. Arturo Vega e Danny Fields bateram palmas.
