Eric Clapton tinha gravado seu último disco em 1970 e fazia três anos que estava fudido, viciado em heroína e não conseguia gravar nada. Eric Clapton tocou guitarra e cantou. George Terry tocou guitarra e fez backing vocal. Dick Sims tocou teclado. Carl Radle tocou baixo. Jamie Oldaker tocou bateria e percussão. Yvonne Elliman e Tom Bernfield fizeram backing vocals.
