Escrita por Van Morrison, foi gravada em novembro de 1973 e lançada em 5 de Outubro de 1974 no disco Veedon Fleece, o oitavo da carreira de Morrison. A canção descreve um dia perfeito na terra verde de Deus e é um tributo à cidade de Arklow, que ele visitou na primavera de 1973, enquanto estava de férias na Irlanda. Ele nao havia ido de volta à Irlanda desde 1967, pois estava nos Estados Unidos. Van Morrison cantou e tocou violão. Terry Adams tocou o cello. David Hayes tocou baixo. Nathan Rubin tocou violino. Dahaud Shaar tocou bateria. James Trumbo tocou piano e Ralph Wash tocou guitarra
