A dos Beatles foi gravada em 10 de maio de 1965 (dia do aniversário de Williams), nos estúdios da EMI, em Londres e lançada em 14 de junho de 1965 nos Estados Unidos no disco Beatles VI.
John Lennon cantou e tocou guitarra rítmica. Paul tocou baixo e piano elétrico. George Harrison tocou guitarra solo e Ringo tocou bateria e pandeiro.
