Foi produzida por Steve Winwood, Chris Blackwell e Mark Miller Mundy. Steve Winwood cantou e fez backing vocals e tocou piano elétrico, sintetizador, guitarra e sax. Willie Weeks tocou baixo. Andy Newmark tocou bateria. Brother James tocou percussão.
