Escrita por Roger Waters, foi gravada em agosto de 1971 e lançada em 30 de outubro de 1971 no disco Meddle. É a única música do disco que não foi escrita com David Gilmour. Fala sobre o que seria um dia na famosa cidade de Saint-Tropez, na Riviera Francesa.

Roger canta, toca violão e baixo e David Gilmour toca uma slide guitar. Richard Wroght toca um solo extendido de piano. Nick Mason toca bateria e percussão.
