Bill Church tocou baixo. Gary Mallaber tocou bateria. John McFee tocou steel guitar. Doug Messenger tocou guitarra. Pat O'Hara tocou trombone. Janet Planet, Ellen Schroer e Mark Springer fizeram backing vocals. Tom Salisbury tocou piano e Jack Schroer tocou sax alto e baritono.

A letra:

Chamois cleaning all the windows
Singing songs about Edith Piaf's soul
And I hear blue strains of no regredion
Across the street from Cathedral Notre Dame

Meanwhile back in San Francisco
We're trying hard to make this whole thing blend
As we sit upon this jagged
Storey block, with you my friend

And it's a long way to Buffalo
It's a long way to Belfast city too
And I'm hoping the choice won't blow the hoist
'Cos this town, they bit off more than they can chew

As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
Saint Dominic's preview, Saint Dominic's preview
Saint Dominic's preview

All the orange boxes are scattered
We get to Safeway's supermarket in the rain
And everybody feels so determined
Not to feel anyone else's pain

You know that no one's making no commitments
To anybody but themselves
Hidin' behind closed doorways
Tryin' to get outside, outside of empty shells

And for every cross-cuttin' country corner
For every Hank Williams railroad train that cried
And all the chains, badges, flags and emblems
And every strain on every brain and every eye [unverified]

As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
Saint Dominic's preview, Saint Dominic's preview
Saint Dominic's preview

And the restaurant tables are completely covered
The record company has paid out for the wine
You got everything in the world you ever wanted
Right about now your face should wear a smile

That's the way it all should happen
When you're in, when you're in the state you're in
You've got your pen and notebook ready
I think it's about time, time for us to begin

And we're over in a 52nd Street apartment
Socializing with the whino few
Just to be hip and get wet with the jet set
But they're flying too high to see my point of view

As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
As we gaze out on, as we gaze out on
Saint Dominic's preview, Saint Dominic's preview
Saint Dominic's preview

See them freedom marching
Out on the street, freedom marching
Saint Dominic's preview

A letra:

The mama pajama rolled out of bed
And she ran to the police station
When the papa found out he began to shout
And he started the investigation

It's against the law
It was against the law
What the mama saw
It was against the law

The mama looked down and spit on the ground
Every time my name gets mentioned
The papa said, "oh, if I get that boy
I'm gonna stick him in the house of detention"

Well I'm on my way
I don't know where I'm going
I'm on my way
I'm taking my time
But I don't know where
Goodbye to Rosie, the queen of Corona

Seein' me and Julio
Down by the schoolyard
Seein' me and Julio
Down by the schoolyard

Whoa, in a couple days they come and take me away
But the press let the story leak
And when the radical priest
Come to get me released
We was all on the cover of Newsweek

And I'm on my way
I don't know where I'm going
I'm on my way
I'm taking my time
But I don't know where
Goodbye to Rosie, the queen of Corona

Seein' me and Julio
Down by the schoolyard
Seein' me and Julio
Down by the schoolyard
Seein' me and Julio
Down by the schoolyard

A letra:

She packed my bags last night pre-flight
Zero hour 9:00 a.m.
And I'm gonna be high
As a kite by then

I miss the Earth so much I miss my wife
It's lonely out in space
On such a timeless flight

And I think it's gonna be a long, long time
'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh, no, no, no
I'm a rocket man
Rocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone

And I think it's gonna be a long, long time
'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh, no, no, no
I'm a rocket man
Rocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone

Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids
In fact it's cold as hell
And there's no one there to raise them
If you did

And all this science
I don't understand
It's just my job five days a week
A rocket man
A rocket man

And I think it's gonna be a long, long time
'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh, no, no, no
I'm a rocket man
Rocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone

1226 – The Rolling Stones – Shake your hips (1972)

A letra:

That's goin' around
Everybody's doin' it
From the grownups down
Don't move your head
Don't move your hands
Don't move your lips
Just shake your hips
Do the hip shake, babe
Do the hip shake, babe
Shake your hip, babe
Shake your hip, babe

What you don't know

Don't be afraid
Just listen to me
And do what I say
Don't move your head
Don't move your hands
Don't move your lips
Just shake your hips
Do the hip shake, babe
Do the hip shake, babe
Shake your hip, babe
Shake your hip, babe

Well ain't that easy
Well, I met a little girl

In a country town
She said, "What do you know
There's Slim Harpo!"
Didn't move her head
Didn't move her hands
Didn't move her lips
Just shook her hips
Do the hip shake, babe
Do the hip shake, babe
Shake your hip, babe
Shake your hip, babe
Well ain't that easy

1225 – Neil Young – Alabama (1972)

Kenny Buttrey tocou bateria, Tim Drummond tocou baixo, Ben Keith tocou pedal steel guitar, Jack Nitzsche tocou piano.

I hope Neil Young will remember, a Southern Man don't need him around, anyhow”.

A letra:

Oh, Alabama
The devil fools with the best laid plan
Swing low, Alabama
You got the spare change
You got to feel strange
And now the moment is all that it meant

Alabama, you got the weight on your shoulders
That's breaking your back
Your Cadillac has got a wheel in the ditch
And a wheel on the track

Oh, Alabama
Banjos playing through the broken glass
Windows down in Alabama
See the old folks tied in white ropes
Hear the banjo
Don't it take you down home?

Alabama, you got the weight on your shoulders
That's breaking your back
Your Cadillac has got a wheel in the ditch
And a wheel on the track

Oh, Alabama
Can I see you and shake your hand
Make friends down in Alabama
I'm from a new land
I come to you and see all this ruin
What are you doing Alabama?
You got the rest of the union to help you along
What's going wrong?

A letra:

Maybe I didn't treat you
Quite as good as I should have
Maybe I didn't love you
Quite as often as I could have

Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time

You were always on my mind
(You were always on my mind)
You were always on my mind

Maybe I didn't hold you
All those lonely, lonely times
And I guess I never told you
I'm so happy that you're mine

If I make you feel second best
Girl, I'm so sorry I was blind

You were always on my mind
(You were always on my mind)
You were always on my mind

Tell me
Tell me that your sweet love hasn't died
Give me
Give me one more chance
To keep you satisfied, satisfied

Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time

You were always on my mind
(You were always on my mind)
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

Maybe I didn't treat you
Quite as good as I should have
Maybe I didn't love you
Quite as often as I could have
Maybe I didn't hold you
All those lonely, lonely times
And I guess I never told you
I'm so happy that you're mine

Maybe I didn't treat you
Quite as good as I should have

A letra:

Mary had a little lamb,
His fleece was white as snow,
Everywhere that Mary went,
That lamb was sure to go.

And you could hear them singing:
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

He followed her to school one day,
It was against the rules,
Made the children laugh and play to
See a lamb at school.

You could hear them singing:
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

Soon the teacher turned it out,
Still it lingered near,
Waited patiently about till
Mary did appear.

You could hear them singing:
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

"But the lamb loved Mary so",
The eager children cry,
"And Mary loves the lamb, you know",
The teacher did reply.

And you could hear them singing:
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
(Ev'ry body singing)
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

On this strange and mournful day
But the mother and child reunion

I can't for the life of me
Remember a sadder day
I know they say let it be
But it just don't work out that way
And the course of a lifetime runs
Over and over again

No, I would not give you false hope (no)
On this strange and mournful day
But the mother and child reunion
Is only a motion away

Oh, little darling of mine
I just can't believe it's so
Though it seems strange to say
I never been laid so low
In such a mysterious way
And the course of a lifetime runs
Over and over again

But I would not give you false hope (no)
On this strange and mournful day
When the mother and child reunion
Is only a motion away

Oh, oh, the mother and child reunion
Is only a motion away
Oh, the mother and child reunion
Is only a moment away (oh oh)

Oh, the mother and child reunion
Is only a motion away
Oh (oh), the mother and child reunion
Is only a moment away

Oh, oh, the mother and child reunion
Oh, is only a motion away
Oh, the mother and child reunion
Is only a moment away (way, way, way)

1221 – Pink Floyd – Childhood's end (1972)

David Gilmour cantou, tocou violão e guitarra. Roger Waters tocou baixo. Nick Mason tocou bateria e Richard Wright tocou orgao Hammon e sinterizador.

A letra:

You shout in your sleep
Perhaps the price is just too steep
Is your conscience at rest if once put to the test?
You awake with a start to just the beating of your heart
Just one man beneath the sky
Just two ears, just two eyes

You set sail across the sea of long past thoughts and memories
Childhood's end
Your fantasies merge with harsh realities
And then as the sail is hoist
You find your eyes are growing moist
All the fears never voiced say you have to make your final choice

Who are you and who am I to say we know the reason why?
Some are born
Some men die beneath one infinite sky
There'll be war, there'll be peace
But everything one day will cease
All the iron turned to rust
All the proud men turned to dust
And so all things, time will mend
So this song will end

1220 – The Rolling Stones – Casino Boogie (1972)

A letra:

No good, can't speak, wound up, no sleep
Skydiver inside her, sLip rope, stunt flyer
Wounded lover, got no time on hand
One last cycle, thrill freak Uncle Sam
Pause for bus'ness, hope you'll understand
Judge and jury walk out hand in hand
Dietrich movies, close up boogies
Kissing cunt in Cannes

Grotesque music, million dollar sad
Got no tactics, got no time on hand

Left shoe shuffle, right shoe muffle
Sinking in the sand
Fade out freedom, steaming heat on
Watch that hat in black
Finger twitching, got no time on hand

A letra:

Did I see you down
in a young girl's town
With your mother in so much pain?
I was almost there
at the top of the stairs
With her screamin' in the rain.

Did she wake you up
to tell you that
It was only a change of plan?
Dream up, dream up,
let me fill your cup
With the promise of a man.

Did I see you walking with the boys
Though it was not hand in hand?
And was some black face
in a lonely place
When you could understand?

Did she wake you up
to tell you that
It was only a change of plan?
Dream up, dream up,
let me fill your cup
With the promise of a man.

Will I see you give
more than I can take?
Will I only harvest some?
As the days fly past
will we lose our grasp
Or fuse it in the sun?

Did she wake you up
to tell you that
It was only a change of plan?
Dream up, dream up,
let me fill your cup
With the promise of a man.

A letra:

People stared at the makeup on his face
Laughed at his long black hair, his animal grace
The boy in the bright blue jeans
Jumped up on the stage
And lady stardust sang his songs
Of darkness and disgrace

And he was alright, the band was altogether
Yes he was alright, the song went on forever
And he was awful nice
Really quite out of sight

And he sang all night long
Femme fatales emerged from shadows
To watch this creature fair
Boys stood upon their chairs
To make their point of view
I smiled sadly for a love
I could not obey
Lady stardust sang his songs
Of darkness and dismay

And he was alright, the band was altogether
Yes he was alright, the song went on forever
And he was awful nice
Really quite paradise

And he sang all night long
All night long
Oh how I sighed when they asked if I knew his name

And he was alright, the band was altogether
Yes he was alright, the song went on forever
And he was awful nice
Really quite out of sight

He sang all night long

A letra:

Raven hair and ruby lips
Sparks fly from her fingertips
Echoed voices in the night
She's a restless spirit on an endless flight

Woohoo, witchy woman
See how high she flies
Woohoo, witchy woman
She got the moon in her eye

She held me spellbound in the night
Dancing shadows and firelight
Crazy laughter in another room
And she drove herself to madness with a silver spoon

Woohoo, witchy woman
See how high she flies
Woohoo, witchy woman
She got the moon in her eye

Well, I know you want a lover
Let me tell you brother
She's been sleeping in the Devil's bed
And there's some rumors going round
Someone's underground
She can rock you in the night time 'til your skin turns red

Woohoo, witchy woman
See how high she flies
Woohoo, witchy woman
She got the moon in her eye

1215 – Pink Floyd – Free four (1972)

David Gilmour toca violão, guitarra e bate palmas. Nick Mason tocou bateria, pandeiro e bateu palmas. Roger Waters cantou, tocou baixo e fez backing vocals. Richard Wright tocou um sintetizador analógico.

A letra:

One two free four

The memories of a man in his old age
Are the deeds of a man in his prime
You shuffle in the gloom of the sick room
And talk to yourself as you die

Life is a short warm moment
And death is a long cold rest
You get your chance to try
In the twinkling of an eye
Eighty years with luck or even less

So all aboard for the American tour
And maybe you'll make it to the top
But mind how you go
And I can tell you 'cos I know
You may find it hard to get off

But you are the angel of death
And I am the dead man's son
He was buried like a mole in a fox-hole
And everyone's still on the run

And who is the master of foxhounds?
And who says the hunt has begun?
And who calls the tune in the courtroom?
And who beats the funeral drum?

The memories of a man in his old age
Are the deeds of a man in his prime
You shuffle in the gloom of the sick room
And talk to yourself as you die
