Sairia também em compacto, com Present arms in dub como Lado A. Foi produzida por Ray Falconer e UB40. Foi o quarto top 10 hit no Reino Unido. Chegou ao número 7 no Reino Unido, número 18 na Irlanda, número 20 na Nova Zelandia e número 87 na Austrália. Esse número do título, um em dez, significa o número de pessoas desempregadas em West Midlands no verão de 1981. É uma canção protesto contra a primeira ministra britânica na época, Margaret Thatcher.
