Escrita por Barry Gibb e Maurice Gibb, foi gravada em 21 de outubro de 1971, em Londres e lançada em outubro de 1972 no disco To whom it may concern e posteriormente saiu em compacto em novembro de 1972 com Paper Mache, Cabbages and Kings como Lado B.

Foi o último trabalho de Geoff Bridgeford como baterista da banda. O compacto chegou ao número 34 nos charts pop americanos, número 28 no Canadá e número 17 na Holanda.

Barry Gibb cantou. Maurice Gibb tocou piano e baixo. Geoff Bridgeford tocou bateria.
