A letra:

Oh, baby
Well there's a light in your eye that keeps shining
Like a star that can't wait for night
I hate to think I been blinded baby
Why can't I see you tonight?
And the warmth of your smile starts a burning
And the thrill of your touch give me fright
And I'm shaking so much, really yearning
Why don't you show up and make it alright, yeah?
It's alright right

And if you promised you'd love so completely
And you said you would always be true
You swore that you never would leave me baby
Whatever happened to you?
And you thought it was only in movies
As you wish all your dreams would come true, hey
It ain't the first time believe me baby
I'm standing here feeling blue, blue ha!
Yes I'm blue
Oh, babe

Now I will stand in the rain on the corner
I watch the people go shuffling downtown
Another ten minutes no longer
And then I'm turning around, 'round
And the clock on the wall's moving slower
Oh, my heart it sinks to the ground
And the storm that I thought would blow over
Clouds the light of the love that I found, found

Light of the love that I found
Light of the love that I found
Oh, that I found

Hey, babe, ooh

Hand that ticks on the clock
Just don't seem to stop
When I'm thinking it over
Oh, tired of the light
I just don't seem to find
Have you wait, yeah played
Whoa, I see it in my dreams
But I just don't seem to be with you, you
I gotta get it all, gotta get it all, gotta get it all
I've got to get all

Ooh now my body is starting to quiver
And the palms of my hands getting wet, oh
I got no reason to doubt you baby
It's all a terrible mess
And I'll run in the rain till I'm breathless
When I'm breathless I'll run 'til I drop, hey!
And the thoughts of a fool's kind of careless
I'm just a fool waiting on the wrong block, oh yeah

Hey, now, oh, oh, oh
Light of the love that I found
Light of the love that I found
Light of the love that I
Light of the love that I found
Light of the hey, now light of the hey, now
Light of the love that I found
Light of the love that I found

He'll turn your life to misery
Kick you down, just like me

Don't cry sister cry, it'll be alright, it'll be alright
Don't cry sister cry, everything'll be just fine
Woke downhearted and you feel so bad
Somebody wants something of nothing you had
Love don't come too easy, you see

A little bit of you and a little bit of me
Don't cry sister cry, it'll be alright, it'll be alright
Don't cry sister cry, everything'll be just fine
Everything'll be just fine
Everything'll be just fine

If you should go skating
On the thin ice of modern life
Dragging behind you the silent reproach
Of a million tear-stained eyes
Don't be surprised when a crack in the ice
Appears under your feet.
You slip out of your depth and out of your mind
With your fear flowing out behind you
As you claw the thin ice.

Burn like fire
Burn like fire in Cairo
Burn like fire
Burn like fire in Cairo

Shifting crimson veil, silken hips
Slide under my hand, solar lips
Whisper my name and I yearn
You take me in your arms and start to burn

F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
Then the heat disappears
And the mirage fades away

F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O

F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O
F-I-R-E-I-N-C-A-I-R-O

Burn like a fire in Cairo
Burn like a

Blaze like a fire in Cairo
Blaze like a
(Fire, fire, fire, fire)
Flare
Burn like fire

In the gentle evening breeze
By the whispering shady trees
I will find my sanctuary in the Lord

I was headed for a fall
Then I saw the writing on the wall

Like a full force gale
I was lifted up again
I was lifted up again by the Lord

I was headed for a fall
Then I looked up and saw the writing on the wall

In the gentle evening breeze
By the whispering shady trees
I will find my sanctuary in the Lord

And no matter where I roam
I will find my way back home
I will always return to the Lord

Like a full force
Like a full force gale
I was lifted up again
I was lifted up again by the Lord

I was lifted up again, lifted up
I said I was lifted up, by the Lord
Lifted up again, lifted up again, lifted up again
By the Lord

Hey, I love that little lady
I got to be her fool
Ain't no other like my baby
I can break the golden rule
'Cause I get down on my knees
Oh, I pray that love won't die
And if I always try to please
I don't know the reason why, yeah

If she would come back
Only stay with me
Every little bit of my love, etc.

I give to you girl

I don't have to go by plane
I ain't gotta go by car

I don't care just where my darling is
People I just don't care how far
I'm gonna crawl

I don't care if I got to go back home

I don't care what I got to stand to her back
I'm gonna crawl

I'm gonna move the car, baby

She give me good lovin

Yes I love her, I guess I love her

I wanna crawl

She keeps me hot, like a boilin' pot
She whispers in my ear, "Let's do it right here"

The ways of a wantin' woman aren't a mystery
The style she has will never fade as long as she's havin' me
She keeps me hot, like a boilin' pot
She whispers in my ear, "Let's do it right here"

She keeps me hot, like a boilin' pot
Burning right through the night
It don't take long for her to catch my eye
When she wants to suck me in, it's easy as pie
She keeps me hot, like a boilin' pot
Burning right through the night

A letra:

I was talking with a friend of mine, said a woman had hurt his pride
Told him that she loved him so and turned around and let him go
Then he said, "You better watch your step
Or you're gonna get hurt yourself
Someone's gonna tell you lies, cut you down to size"

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
What if I love you baby?
Don't do me like that

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
Someday I might need you, baby
Don't do me like that

Listen honey, can you see? Baby, it would bury me
If you were in the public eye givin' someone else a try
And you know you better watch your step
Or you're gonna get hurt yourself
Someone's gonna tell you lies, cut you down to size

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
What if I love you baby?
Don't, don't, don't, don't

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
What if I need you baby?
Don't do me like that

'Cause somewhere deep down inside
Someone is saying, "Love doesn't last that long"
I've had this feelin' inside night and day in
And baby I can't take it no more

Listen honey, can you see? Baby, it would bury me
If you were in the public eye givin' someone else a try
And you know you better watch your step
Or you're gonna get hurt yourself
Someone's gonna tell you lies, cut you down to size

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
What if I love you baby?
Don't, don't, don't, don't

Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
I just might need you honey
Don't do me like that

Wait!
Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
Baby, baby, baby,
Don't, don't, don't

No!
Don't do me like that
Don't do me like that
Baby, baby, baby...

Oh, oh, oh

A letra:

Should I fall out of love, my fire in the light
To chase a feather in the wind
Within the glow that weaves a cloak of delight
There moves a thread that has no end

For many hours and days that pass ever soon
The tides have caused the flame to dim
At last the arm is straight, the hand to the loom
Is this to end or just begin?

All of my love, all of my love
All of my love to you, now
All of my love, all of my love
Oh, all of my love to you, now

The cup is raised, the toast is made yet again
One voice is clear above the din
Proud Arianne one word, my will to sustain
For me, the cloth once more to spin

Oh, all of my love, all of my love
Oh, all of my love for you now
All of my love, all of my love, yes
All of my love to you, child

Yours is the cloth, mine is the hand that sews time
His is the force that lies within
Ours is the fire, all the warmth we can find
He is a feather in the wind

Oh, all of my love, all of my love
Oh, all of my love to you, now
All of my love, oh yes
All of my love to you
All of my love, all of my love
All of my love!
Sometimes, sometimes
Hey hey hey hey, ooh yeah
It's all all all
All of my love, all of my love
All of my love to you, now
All of my love, all of my love
All of my love to you, now
I get a little bit lonely
Just a little, just a little
Just a little bit lonely
Just a little bit lonely

A letra:

Thirteen days on a gig down South
But we had enough dope to keep us all around
We had two girls dancin' to bring in a crowd
A sound man to mix us, make us sound loud

Sometimes we make money, sometimes I don't know
Thirteen days with five to go

Birmingham, Mobile, and up to Baton Rouge
We're smokin' cigarettes and reefer, drinkin' coffee and booze
We see the sun go down in Georgia, come up in New Orleans
Now we got to know a waitress, I tried to get in her jeans

Sometimes we make money, sometimes I don't know
Thirteen days with five to go

Migrant worker is the name of this band
